I can’t tell you how many times I have heard the words Ready, Set, Go. I am a professional athlete living in Hartford, Vermont and I run because I know how to do it. I have run many races and I enjoy what I do for the most part. My favorite music to listen to when I train is anything uplifting. Sometimes I listen to Gospel music, and at other times I really like the tunes from the 70s and 80s. That was a great time for disco and much of it was uplifting and made you want to move. That is the type of music that I enjoy. I can tell you that my IPOD goes everywhere I go. I have taken it to meets with me, and I like to have it anywhere I know I am going to have to train. I wear it so much that people tease me that it is a permanent part of my structure. What I have found out after my many years of running is that an athlete can be a klutz sometimes without even knowing it. That is what happened to me just the other day.I was going into the gym when my IPOD got caught on the door. Don’t ask me how I did it, but when it got caught, it snapped the IPOD off my neck and it crashed to the floor. Unfortunately it hit the concrete as I was going in and not the soft carpet inside. I wasn’t sure what to do. A fellow athlete told me that he had also had IPOD problems and he sent his out to IPOD and IPHONE repair. I took his advice and went to the website he had gone to check out pricing. The IPOD hard drive repair was very simple and it was prepared quickly. I know what to do now if it should happen again.
