As if using your iPod or iPhone for amazing convenience isn’t relaxing enough, now there is potentially a new aromatherapy entertainment pod being developed that will help you to relax and wind down. It uses orchestra music and an aromatherapy scent, and all you have to do is take off the cap and insert the scent tablet. On an interesting note, the earbuds will work to deliver the scent directly to you.
The design looks similar to a beehive, so it is called Sweet Honey, and it is a potential new concept from Apple. I personally think that this is a fantastic idea, especially since people spend so much money on a yearly basis on different candles and scents for their home. Aromatherapy is proven to work because certain scents do bring out relaxation through their use. This is just another innovative way to use technology by selecting the scent that best meets your needs to relax on a daily basis. This is also something that you can easily use in the workplace because it is very discreet and soothing. It will be interesting to see what kind of scents are available, and if they decide to offer any stimulating aromatherapy scents as well.
