What did you eat for Thanksgiving? I spent the days before Thanksgiving researching a bunch of different recipes on my iPhone through some recipe apps that I have. To tell you the truth, these recipe apps are so handy, especially since you can make a list on your iPhone of all that you will need at the grocery store so that you don’t forget anything. And shopping at the grocery store before Thanksgiving is absolutely no joke! People will run you down with their carts for the last can of cranberry sauce if they have to.
There are so many different foods that are traditional to Thanksgiving, but there are also some not so nice choices. I have heard of spam stuffing, which sounds completely unappetizing. There are also infamous Jell-O molds celebrated by different families, which to me, sounds disgusting. Many people are offended by cranberry sauce directly out of the can, but I like to see that it has little rings on it from being in the can for so long! Everyone has a different version of their traditions on Thanksgiving, but it is important to continue to celebrate what is true to you and your family for the holiday season.
